The following outlines Cavi Keon Collection process for booking! Please read carefully!
Clients under the age of 18 must have parents contact me and come to consultation.

Consultations: 

Prom and bridal 2023 consultations begin July 2022

Consultations for prom/custom are 75.00 and 100.00 for bridal. In order to reserve your appointment the fee is due when booking your appointment. This fee does not go towards your gown.

Bridal gowns start at 1800 + tax

Prom gowns start at 1500 + tax

Evening gowns start at 600 + tax

Party/Maternity dresses start at 450 + tax

Bridal Party gowns start at 500 + tax Mother of the Bride/Groom gowns start at 600 + tax

Outline for Consultation

  • Go over Contract (policy and procedures)
  • Determination of design (must be approved to move forward).  I may draw inspiration from other designs but will not replicate an exact design.                  
  • Measurements
  • Deposit and payments (payment options (Square Invoice, Cash, and paypal)
  • Questions and answers

 

A non-refundable deposit of the total cost is due via payment methods offered after contract is signed.

*I will not start ordering materials until the non-refundable deposit has been made. I will not finish the dress until 80% of the gown is paid off. All orders are placed in line by payment and date needed by and have a set time to be worked on prior to fittings.

Production

Designing a custom garment is a collaborative effort between the designer and client. This process may sometimes require minor adjustments. In the event that the client wishes to make substantial adjustments to the design, the designer will add an additional charge of $250 to the total cost. In the event that extra fabric is needed for substantial adjustments; it is the responsibility of the client to cover the cost. It is up to the designers’ discretion to determine what is considered a “substantial adjustment”. There will also be no picture updates during the process.

Fittings

There will be at least 1-2 fittings. Fittings have a limit of two guests. Minor adjustments will be made at the fittings. A mock-up/muslin dress may be used for some designs to get the correct fit.

Fitting schedule 

  • First fitting- Set date if you have a mock-up/muslin design the fitting will be for making sure everything fits correct before cutting main fabric. If you have a design that does not need a mock-up you will be trying on your gown at your fitting if any adjustments are needed you will schedule a second fitting if it can't be adjusted within 30 minutes.

  • Second fitting- Will have a fitting with final design. Client will be able to take gown once fitting is over and all payments have been made prior to fitting. A release form will also be given to the client and parent.

Payments

PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED THROUGH (Cash, Paypal* or Square*) . *Payment methods require an additional fee added

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM OR READY TO WEAR COLLECTION

Disclaimer

If client is dissatisfied after signing release form, the client will not receive a refund of payments. All issues must be talked about during fittings. Designer reserves the right to stop production due to failure to make payments in a timely manner if on a payment plan.
